However, I don't disagree with him that a rookie player coming in with his own camera crew and Oprah doing a "reality" TV show would be a major distractron for a team. From a head coach perspective, I don't think a borderline NFL talent would be worth it all regardless of why the rookie had the camera crew. The Oprah thing was already dead and buried when he made that comment, according to the reporter and Sam. I believe the Oprah Sam reality show was cancelled on May 16th. And with Sam it's a bigger distraction than it's been in the past. But it is in no way THAT big of a distraction, especially compared to things he's helped out with in the past, especially Vick. There are a lot of f***ed up individuals that we cheer for every Sunday that coaches feel is worth the headache because of what they bring to the field. And if Dungy hadn't been a supporter of Tebow who has been the all time distraction, it'd be different. But right now it seems the distraction is caused by people like Dungy.
