The best article I've ever seen written about Puig. (Passan references it in his latest column).

You will either feel your dislike is confirmed or feel some sort of sympathy for his situation...but probably something in-between.

No confirmation if he was thinking of himself and swooned.

Jon Morosi ‏@jonmorosi 14s

Yasiel Puig experienced lightheadedness after working out on stationary bike, Don Mattingly confirmed.

If Eaton made that same exact play (or Rowand) throwing himself into the wall and coming up inches short of a catch, everyone would be saying how tough and gritty he was...the only difference is that Eaton would probably be out for 2-3 months at his size, not just a couple of days.

I get it, his numbers are up, so it's a lot harder to criticize him statistically.

Um, I think a lot of people are saying Eaton overdoes it with the aggressiveness already to the point of being stupid.

I didn't know anyone was criticizing Puig for trying to make a catch

That was a pretty good mashing he took flying backwards against the wall.

To make light of it, or say he's being a drama queen...it's shades of how the media used to treat some of the best Latin American players in the past.

I don't want to see guys on my fantasy team going balls out on defense and getting hurt. lol

Does Puig look even more jacked than last year?

He might be a little bit bigger.

He's a huge dude, though...Scully calls him "the wild horse."

And on quite a tear right now.

Like Viciedo, he's walking more this season.

Tied for 2nd in MLB OPS right now behind Tulo.
