Baron
QUOTE (South Side Fireworks Man @ Apr 7, 2014 -> 08:34 PM) How about a double play here? With the way he is throwing its going to be difficult getting people to hit something that's not in the air
Buehrle>Wood
QUOTE (daa84 @ Apr 8, 2014 -> 01:26 AM) Were people expecting Paulino to be good? He looked like hot garbage in ST. I actually would say he's performed above my expectations thus far. Thus far being the operative phrase tnere This board loved Paulino....for reasons unknown to anyone. caulfield12
If we're looking for Hanson to be better than Paulino, we might as well bring back Mulder for 2015.

Well, if Johnson has another bad start, everyone will asking for him to be sent down or traded, lol. Especially if he's only at 88-91 MPH. No wonder Daniel Hudson didn't last long. At least back then, there were realistic playoff aspirations. Do we really want more Dylan Axelrod or Terry Doyle?

If 94-95 is BP speed. Probably, he means the location and movement aren't good, because that's well above average velocity for a starter.

I saw him pitch in 2011 when the Rockies cut him. He was terrible, and I believe I commented that way. Same with Mitchell Boggs, except I saw him last year. Kyyle23
QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Apr 7, 2014 -> 08:29 PM) Are you kidding? People were salivating over picking him up. I am pretty positive multiple people were saying he would be the pick up of the year. Many people look to be disappointed. http://www.soxtalk.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=90722 Nothing nearly that drastic

caulfield12
Would never have predicted that Gillaspie, Ramirez and Flowers would be our three most dangerous hitters the first week. Abreu started off white hot and needs to get it going again, same with DeAza and Eaton. Garcia's just lost. At least Semien looks better and better, more comfortable.
