Brian
Get Harrison's out of the way for Ulis. Kinda surprised Booker is going pro for some reason.

cabiness42
And apparently there are still 7 McDonald's AA unsigned and interested in Kentucky. Combined with their already #2 recruiting class, I shed no tears for them. Yeah, there are at least 3-4 guys who were waiting to see which current players went pro before declaring. I expect a few commit announcements coming up soon.

Buehrle>Wood
Sounds like Austin Colbert is done at Illinois. Sad. He definitely flashed some potential and his floor was fine as a very high energy player. So much better than Morgan. Now Illinois really needs another big. Would much rather have had Morgan transfer (and frankly wouldn't mind if and Tate both still transfer) and agree that Colbert has potential but I do wonder how hard he was working based upon the fact that he hasn't improved his body at all in 2 years at Illinois. Boogua
Malek Harris was dismissed by the k state basketball team today. He was a top 100 recruit I think. They're down to 5 returning scholarship players. Weber doing what weber does.
bigruss
Just craziness going on over there, looks like a large (but not necessarily good) class coming in so they will at least have bodies. But man, possible winless season coming up in the Big 12 for them.

Heads22
As part of political polling in this state, they surveyed the popularity of the coaches in the state: Favorable/unfavorable/not sure Fran McCaffery 65/10/26 Fred Hoiberg 74/2/23 The fact that only 2% of fans disapprove of a coach is ludicrous. farmteam
Few days old, but Yogi is returning. Should be preseason top 15 now with everyone back + Bryant. Top of the Big Ten should be competitive with Maryland/Michigan State/Indiana. Early early prediction is Maryland takes it. Diamond Stone and Melo Trimble on the same team is scary for everyone else. One more will still get Creaned, though. Wonder who.

Once Bryant signed we're over-signed by one scholarship for next year. If they found way to have Priller become a walk-on but magically get a bunch of "academic" scholarships I'd be ok with that. Once you have been given an athletic scholarship you cannot be given any academic scholarships. More likely it would be some booster "covering" costs somehow or the family has the means and willingness to cover tuition.

More likely it would be some booster "covering" costs somehow or the family has the means and willingness to cover tuition. Louisville had a case a few years back where they were over their limit by one. One of the player's father was a surgeon and told the school to pull his kid's scholarship and just paid his tuition.
