Cleuluis Rondon made 2 errors. I can only assume a Rondon error is a 600-foot home run he didn't quite catch.

Or more likely, a routine play like Alexei Ramirez often blows when he has just made a spectacular one.

Lack of focus and concentration when the play's not challenging enough.

Ravelo is a guy who doesn't get a lot of attention. I get that hasn't hit homers, but the numbers he's putting up so far are outstanding and he's young for his level. I hope he doesn't turn out to be a Jeff Abbott-type.

Where the hell have you been?

Rondon is up to 9 errors on the season now. Hopefully it's just that he's trying to do too much. It's so funny how great defensive players often make errors on the most routine plays. It must be hard to maintain focus when you've reached an elite level of skill.

It's because he gets to everything. He has incredible range. He gets to more balls, therefore he makes more errors. It's the reverse Jeter effect. Jeter doesn't have very good range and because of that he didn't make many errors.
