Same exact thing you were doing with those comments about Marcus Semien. Especially considering he actually made hard contact.

Tit for tat.

What?

I actually WANT Semien to get hits. You want Beckham to make outs.

How did they give that bunt a hit?? He clearly would have been out if Flowers could throw the baseball to Jose's chest.

Two gift hits for the Indians that both could quite justifiably have been ruled errors on Flowers.

Winning on the West Coast is never easy for AL Central teams.

Funny thought West coast teams have no issue playing AL central teams at home..

I simply said I don't think he will hit over .240.

Nice attempt to spin, though. When Semien does do something, you will attempt to undercut/underrate/undervalue it, simply to counterbalance those who you believe are unfairly denigrating Beckham for doing the same exact things, with the key difference being he's already had five years at the major league level to prove himself.

Actually, I would rather see anyone besides Beckham (wasting my time as a fan), but it's a business, and they re-signed him for one more season, so they're going to try to get some type of return back.

At first you said .215-.220 but then when you wanted to bet you were a little nervous so you raised it. No one is dumb enough to think you actually want Gordon Beckham to do well.

I seem to remember arguing for years and years for Viciedo and Ramirez. (And, if you'll check Gordon's current average, you'll see that I was being kind.) It's not just that he isn't good offensively or as great as Hawk thinks defensively. He's not going to be a contributor until that oblique is healed, and for anyone who has gone through that injury or listened to Harrelson, it can take over a year or two in some cases.

I want Gordon Beckham off this team, if/when we can get back some value for him. He's not part of the future. He's not part of the next White Sox playoff team. The end.

Carroll has only surrendered one earned run so far in two starts.

Thanks defense, thanks Swisher!

Nothing more Sox could ask for IMO. He deserves alot better tonight.
