Bmr31
No Doubt! I am still amazed he is only 23! 23! Thats really young and this kid can be a BIG STUD if he plays his cards right. Garland used to be my favorite sox players. Hes getting closer to becoming that once again. I really like Robbie, though.
danman31
Garland is a good pitcher. He has confidence now. I want my pitchers to want to stay in. You have to want the ball. Roger Clemens always wants the ball, and it's part of what makes him so good. Garland is a pitcher I want on the Sox for a long time. bulokis
Its a good thing we didnt trade him. He struck out 8 batters tonight in 6 innings. Last start against Texas he struck out 10 batters. Jon starts pitching well again at times when we needed him most.

Jordan4life_2003
I think Jon is a guy that's grown and matured every year that he's been with the Sox. I am a lil dissapointed that his record is only 10-10. I for one had him down for winning atleast 15 gms. He still could get close to that with a good September. I think Jon showed some maturity "along with help from Jose" In getting outta that bases loaded nobody out jam in the 6th. Last year he gives up atleast 2 runs if not more. But no doubt Jon is on his way to becoming a 15 gm winner and all-star type pitcher...
