42 pitches. Quintana battles, but he hasn't really dominated a game yet this season.

I'm not sure if we'll ever see him go on another run like his first 9-10 big league starts.

That was pretty amazing. Nobody had good scouting reports on him at the time.

Hoes before Bros.

Hard to believe Flowers is still at .310. He'll be at .255 by the break.

The only guy that will be lucky to sniff 300 out of that trio is probably Viciedo, if he keeps up his new found approach. Ramirez will finish around 270-280 and Flowers, yea, he'll be at .255.

Flowers' little BABIP hot streak probably saved his career as a starter IMO. He'll finish the year around 255/300/380 and he'll have another year as the starting catcher in Chicago.

Hope we're not back to "tip your cap" time again with the offense.

At least Abreu and Eaton provide hope/spark.

Remember when Dexter Fowler was the latest "toolsy outfield" prospect?

Wonder if Buxton will live up to the hype? His teammate Hicks has definitely had his struggles, as well as some flashes or glimpses of potential.

They really need Eaton back. It makes a huge difference having him on base 1-3 times a game for the middle of the order. Beckham and company just aren't cutting it.

I'd really like to see against RHP Eaton, Conor, Jose, Dunn, Viciedo, Ramirez.

that's a pretty damn good top 5.
