Hernandez

I think that this guy would do wonders if the Sox picked him up from Montreal. Then again, as the Tribune was talking about today, the Sox could go to a four man rotation, with the Sox have compiling a 3-10 6.11 ERA...but I'd like to see Hernandez in a White Sox uniform. He was among the players that were not blocked by waivers. By the way, that was Livan Hernandez if you were having a tough time figuring it out.

the sox should stick with what they got now.  We got sept. callups tommorow and one fot hose guys should be able to fill the role.  I also think we give wright another shot at it.

Yeah that would be worth it to. Thank your for responding with White Sox knowledge.

I think Hernandez has a big contract, if I'm not mistaken. I wouldn't mind seeing him here I guess depending on how much he costs. He brings leadership, he's solid in the postseason, and he could be a fifth to keep Wright in the pen.

However, I doubt a move like that would be popular with other Sox fans.

Well we do need another arm in the rotation and I do not forsee anybody at AAA getting the job done.

I really would like to see Livan with the sox, but the expos definitely won't trade him, because they're only 2 out of the wc.

With a 6 mill option that is gonna vest in a week or so, the Expos would love to deal him. The problem is no team wants to add his salary. I think they'd love to add him as a player, but 6 mill in this current financial setting is too much to pay for Livan Hernandez.

The flip side to this is, if he would of made less, he wouldn't of passed through waivers in the first place and the Expos wouldn't be wanting to deal him.

I don't think he'll get moved, unless the Yanks, BoSox, Cards, Astros or Giants want him.
