winninguglyin83
Moises Sierra for the winner? More wins in one series against Cleveland than all of last season -- for the second time this season? Hecto Noesi dealing? Just liked it was scripted in spring training, right?
caulfield12
We're certainly experiencing a lot more late-game excitement than previous seasons. White Sox keep proving themselves to be a resilient bunch this year, no matter what adversity they manage to find themselves in.
greg775
That was a professional at bat, Sierra. Way to go. I think he deserves to play over DeAza the next 4 weeks or so. Give him a chance. That was a big win after letting 'em tie it in the ninth.
Princess Dye
Great to see the goofball side of Sierra. With new guys you see em play it close to the vest up until moments like these ..heh

greg775
That on-field announcer is pretty good. She asks good questions. This is great we can beat teams in the Central this year.
Princess Dye
QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ May 28, 2014 -> 09:57 PM) Sierra!!!!! Thank you for coming to Chicago!!! SWEEP!!! Definite upgrade over Jordan D. offensively. Has a track record as a minor league hitter. Which, i mean, sadly ..means a lot in this org among OFs Edited May 29, 2014 by Jose Paniagua

caulfield12
Sierra 12/44 (.273), 1 HR, 4 RBI's (GW), OPS a notch below 700 That's a lot better than DeAza has produced, at least.
Bigsoxhurt35
This team is a breath of fresh air. Keeps coming back. Very resilient. 7-4 now without Abreu
Princess Dye
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ May 28, 2014 -> 10:02 PM) Sierra 12/44 (.273), 1 HR, 4 RBI's (GW), OPS a notch below 700 That's a lot better than DeAza has produced, at least. I'm an ADA guy. ADA babip and track record suggest some return to the norm for him. That said, Sierra pushes Tank to left so I have to say....i approve of Sierra getting his chances. Plus there's potentially a little room for growth with MS
Bigsoxhurt35
Semien with an excellent AB to get Garcia over. Great hit by Sierra
greg775
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ May 29, 2014 -> 04:02 AM) Sierra 12/44 (.273), 1 HR, 4 RBI's (GW), OPS a notch below 700 That's a lot better than DeAza has produced, at least. I'm all for playing Sierra even if he ultimately fails. The DeAza ship has sailed for me. ... Semien's at bat again proves he's a major leaguer. He has his flaws for sure, but he's not a minor leaguer anymore. He belongs in the bigs and should sink or swim in the big show rather than be sent down ever again.
