Good job Robin. Great job leaving him in there. He did everything he needed to do thrue 7. You couldn't see he was done in the 7th? Please resign after the game.

I can't blame Robin until the writers tell me for sure he's in charge of the pitching. I mean isn't there a good chance it's all Coop?

Chris Sale grabs a bat and UNLOADS in the bottom part of the dugout. Can't blame the guy!

I hate when players do this. Chris is one of those guys that has a bit of an edge, right? Like Verlander and Peavy, I get the impression he doesn't want to leave games, etc. Calm down, Chris. Breaking bats does nobody's health any good.

Worst, most disheartening loss since late 2012 and the five run lead Jake Peavy blew against Detroit as well that year.

INCREDIBLE.

Best inning of the season for the Angels, maybe the worst for Sale/Ventura/White Sox.

Langston says the most impressive inning offensively in 2 1/2 year for the Angels.

Yes. You don't get points for being smarter than Ventura in your head.

Everyone here are the greatest hindsight managers in baseball. Any great choice is exactly what they should have done. And bad choice is something they would have never done.

It's just tiresome to see.

Look it's not about being smarter than RV. But it's common sense given his pitch count and recent DL stint. He should've gotten one batter and that's it. Chris is too competitive, ya gota protect himself from himself.

Ugh. I must admit I was surprised when we led 5-0. I always assume losses when we play at Oakland and at California. Usually at Boston and New York, too, since that one road trip late Ozzie's last season I think it was when we got smoked. Or it was Robin's first season.

Oh please I've defended Ventura since he's been here. This was pathetic though. Why do our pitcher HAVE to throw 100 pitches at all cost? He didn't need to. He had a relatively easy 7 and the game was in hand. Let on of the pigs in the pen handle the last 6 outs and you still have a fresh bullpen to tomorrow.

Eh, its not hindsight when you tell the people you are with that he shouldn't come out and then he does and gets hammered. Sorry I didn't post it on here?

And why isn't/wasn't Putnam in this game instead of Petricka?

SIGH.

LOL. Downs warming up. Hope he gives up another grand slam this inning.

Petricka's ERA was under 1.5 coming in, I didn't mind that decision

This is one of the worst Sox losses I've have ever seen. If we lose and all that.

This on the heels of Kershaw loss road trip not going well right now.

If we can somehow pull out the game tomorrow we will still be .500 or if we lose, 2 games under which would be heartbreak considering
