Molto
Buehrle pitched pretty bad on Friday and the offense left a lot of guys on base. Sox lost, 8-4. Didn't see Saturday's game, but Garland went six innings for the win, giving up two runs. The Sox scored on a three-run homer by Thomas an two-run homer by Lee. Won, 5-2. The Sox, down 1-0 after seven, score two runs in eighth and four runs in the ninth today. Loaiza pitched eight innings, gave up one run. Crede hit the game-tying homer and everyone hit after that. Gordon pitched the ninth.

cwsox
Buehrle pitched pretty bad on Friday and the offense left a lot of guys on base. Sox lost, 8-4. Tiger radio announcers thought he didn't pitch that bad, was just off by inches. Just passing that along. They also thought that at any moment the Sox bats would explode because they were hitting well but just at people. That is at any rate what I heard on the radio during Saturday's game coming back from Ann Arbor. The Tiger radio announcers also really like Garland. The Tiger tv announcers today were besides themselves praising Loaiza - said he was one of the smartest pitchers in the majors. And they said with our starters, if we get into the playoffs, we could go quite far. juus passing that info along

aboz56
Its sad that only the bad teams respect us! The announcers on the YES Network respected the Sox from what I heard while watching those games.
YASNY
Hell, I was watching a football game last night (couldn't say which one because I was bouncing between two) but the announcers at the game said Loaiza should win the Cy Young.
