It starts at the top. Now the media is just getting stupid. Apparently the Hawks didn't struggle and get named one of the worst franchises in all sports, nor did the Bulls have about a decade of suck? It would have been interesting to see how everything went down if WWW was still around. A good core of the talent was already there at the start of the 07 season.
