Probably trying to focus on other things he needs to do to better his game.. I don't think he has attempted nearly as much as last year.. I also think last year he was stealing just off pure speed.. I remember reading Micah has a unusual steal move where he begins to walk to 2B and then take off. I bet as he has gotten to the higher levels that doesn't work out too well.
