caulfield12
QUOTE (GreenSox @ Jul 10, 2014 -> 12:11 AM) I hope we bring up Saladino - see if he can play some SS. That will have us never wanting to trade Ramirez. He's serviceable, and a step up from what Beckham would provide, but he's not a long-term solution, either. NorthSideSox72
QUOTE (Feeky Magee @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 09:57 PM) Could do with walking a few less but yeah, he should be next up He was just flat-out dominant for a long stretch, but came back to earth a bit for a while. Still likely the next RH reliever up though. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 10:28 PM) It's the back-up QB syndrome here...most of the Marcus love was actually Beckham frustration/apathy in disguise. Not really, at least not for the people paying attention.
LDF
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jul 10, 2014 -> 03:28 AM) I think most White Sox fans were leery about Marcus Semien simply because he was never really on the "top prospect" radar until last year 100% and we generally never trust the front office to develop a position player anyway (for good reason)... It's the back-up QB syndrome here...most of the Marcus love was actually Beckham frustration/apathy in disguise. I wonder how much batting second in the lineup affected his mind set let alone his appch. it take a good player to really have the mentality to bat second.
