2nd_city_saint787
Nathaniel Stoltz @stoltz_baseball 55m Tyler Danish 87-90 sinker, 74-77 SL, one 78 change in the first. Nathaniel Stoltz @stoltz_baseball 8m Danish adding and subtracting from all three pitches. Just threw a 70 mph change that was practically a screwball. GGajewski18
Hawkins with a solo HR Basto with a 3R HR If Basto can anyway be an average fielder, he can be decent. Seems like he's got a good hit tool. He's only 20 and in high A
Ozzie Ball
May with his 37th steal at an 86% success rate.
royoung
Hawkins homers, his 16th of the season. May swipes his 37th bag. Narvaez doubles and walks. Now batting .328 with a OBP around .450 in 23 games with the Dash.
Bruce_Blixton
Another day, another Wilkins homer. I can't recall any of our minor leaguers having a stretch like this in a while.
royoung
Andy Wilkins homers AGAIN. unbelievable. That is eight homers in his past seven games.

NorthSideSox72
QUOTE (southside hitman @ Jul 23, 2014 -> 12:46 PM) Hawkins homers, his 16th of the season. May swipes his 37th bag. Narvaez doubles and walks. Now batting .328 with a OBP around .450 in 23 games with the Dash. Lots of speed in the system. And I'd like to see Narvaez get more playing time. QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Jul 23, 2014 -> 01:11 PM) Jirchele has struck out 3 times in 103 at bats this year. That's incredible. Especially impressive for a guy who doesn't play regularly. Chisoxfn
I got to say...at this point, why not bring him up to the majors.
royoung
QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 23, 2014 -> 01:29 PM) I got to say...at this point, why not bring him up to the majors. Konerko's farewell tour is why. Even IF we are able to unload Dunn, still two 1B on the roster who can't play any other position.

2nd_city_saint787
Has he recently worked with Thome or something? I know he's always had some pop, but my goodness.
winninguglyin83
Can Wilkins get to Chicago by the eighth inning?
witesoxfan
This could change by the end of the day's games, but right now Andy Wilkins leads the IL in homers with 25. The next closest is a 3 way tie at 2nd between Steven Souza, Zach Walters, and Ruben Gotay with 15. Jordan Danks and Josh Phegley are tied for 3rd/5th with 14 a piece. The only player with more in the PCL is Adam Duvall with 26. He's a seemingly similar prospect in a much more hitter friendly environment. Hadn't considered the Thome thing. That's a legitimate possibility.

witesoxfan
QUOTE (southside hitman @ Jul 23, 2014 -> 02:11 PM) Davidson has 18. Yes, the B-R tool was complicated and confusing (I didn't use the drop down sorter). Wilkins is still 2nd with his 25.
