caulfield12
QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jul 24, 2014 -> 07:52 PM) Ha, Frank just tweeted a picture that AJ, Rowand and Dye showed up in Cooperstown for him. Awesome. Where's Everett? Willie Harris? Nice baserunning there by Beckham...got bailed out by Deduno's throw into LF.
Dick Allen
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jul 24, 2014 -> 08:52 PM) Fuld just gave Beckham a double there by getting turned around and taking a bad route. So that makes up for some of his "hard outs" recently. LMAO. I know you're a Beckham hater, but this is ridiculous. Beckham smoked the ball and Fuld had no chance. caulfield12
QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Jul 24, 2014 -> 08:03 PM) I don't understand the people who don't like him As long as he can play 150 or so games per year on a consistent basis, we can live with him not stealing 30+ bases. Kluber has a perfect game going for the Indians in the 7th tonight. Infante breaks it up quickly for KC. There were at least 3-5 pondering that question...not five years or anything so crazy but at least 2-3 years (including buying out his last year of arbitration). flavum
Eaton is fun to watch. I think the only concern is health--if he only plays 120 games a year, somebody else has to pick up those games. Time will tell if he's more durable than that.

daa84
Good noesi reminds me a bit of Freddy Garcia. If only we could get that more often than once a month
Heads22
Agreed. I could really care less if he steals anything over 20 bags a year - we need him to stay healthy. We've seen what his value is at 100%, and we've seen his value at less than that.
1dog
Maybe it's because we're playing well, or childhood nostalgia, or cause I haven't listened to him announce in a while, but is Wimpy a joy to listen to or what?
GreenSox
Eaton's been fresh air and a big upgrade since opening day. As has the rejuvenated Gillaspie. Now we need 3 more like them + power hitter to join Abreu.
