All 3 of those teams have huge weaknesses. The sad thing is with the Cubs starting pitching IF they made the playoffs they are the only NL Central team with a chance at making it to the 2nd round. Have you seen the Cards pen in action? :puke Not to mention any starter not named Williams or Morris :puke :puke They would get killed by a team like San Fran or Atlanta... Chisoxfn
The longer it goes with the Cubs within a game or two, then the more I thinko f them as favorites. Baker gets his troops motivated and although I don't like him as a manager, there is no doubt he's the best of the 3, plus he's got unbelievable pitching, especially if Juan Cruz replaces Estes. Wise Master Buehrle
Yeah, I was at this game. It sucked.
whitesox247
The Astros are gonna win it, everytime a team starts to catch up, they always find a way to win some ballgames and get back on top. It will be huge when they get Oswalt back and their offense can be very explosive.
IlliniKrush
Prior is absolutely disgusting at this point, it's ridiculous the command and movement that guy has. Tonight was just another stellar performance
Chisoxfn
Zambrono owns too. Zambrono and Webb are probably my two favorite righties in the NL along with Prior.
Texsox
It is going to be a great finish in the NL Central. I have reasons to pull for all three teams. However I can only be kind to the Cubs if we get in the playoffs also. I couldn't stand the Cubs in - Sox out scenario. I'm just enjoying seeing some good playoff race baseball in a couple divisions. mreye
I wouldn't call them the "stupid" Cubs. They were very smart to wait out that rain. Can you imagine being the Cardinals waiting four hours in that hell hole of a clubhouse, knowing you have to come out and face Mark Prior? Texsox
Well if he's on your fantasy team which we assume has to do with ahem baseball we'll have to cheer for him. Now I have Anna and the Williams sisters on my mfantasy team, can we cheer for them and I also?

Now I have Anna and the Williams sisters on my mfantasy team, can we cheer for them and I also? Cheer for him..? Are you on crack?? Tex, you should be taken out back.. whipped and branded! I'd rather poke needles in my eyes than watch a Cubs game when their opponent is not the Sox. I only picked him cause he was pitching twice this week and regardless of the uniform he wears, he's getting the job done right now. The point spread in my league is crutial right now.. only 44 points are separating me from 1st place (this after being down over 400 pts at one time).
