I live in sw LA and the only pizza is Little Caesar, Domino or Pizza Hut. now some other places around town has shimp pizza, crawfish pizza and gator. so when I say I miss my different types of food, I think of chi. now my sister made some homemade pizza.... and it was great. it tastes a little of connies or freddy in cicero. only problem is we have yet to perfect the pizza sauce. Jake
Hey man, I love some Crazy Bread and/or Italian Cheese Bread from Little Caesar's
witesoxfan
I've had really, really good pizza, but I'm typically not picky about it. Most pizza is edible and not overly offensive. I had one of the best meals and overall restaurant experiences I've ever had last night. Really cool atmosphere, great service, fantastic food all around, and not very expensive. I had a duck stroganoff and oh god I can still taste it and it was so ridiculously good.

Sonik22
Had some fried oysters and gumbo from Heaven on Seven here in Naperville last night. Really really good and just as good as what you find near the gulf. Going to Gulf Shores, Alabama next week to eat a ton more seafood. Love it
Chisoxfn
Anyone have any good Hungarian / Eastern European stew recipes? Not necessarily for the summer but to put in the slow cooker in the winter along with some bread.
knightni
There's an Italian place here that does 6 different styles of pizza. Pretty much if you have a taste, they'll make it.

And, if you're hungry and near a town called Alabaster, you need to stop at this place called Chubbs. Best burgers EVER. 2nd_city_saint787
I swear there was a healthy eating thread not to long ago, went back all the way to October of 2013 and didn't see it. Instead of throwing it in the work out thread, I'll throw it in here... I'm once again on a weight loss kick and I'm looking for cheap healthy meal ideas.....Local grocery store has deals on cabbage, pinto beans, and broccoli and I've already got some garbanzo beans so I'm looking for things to do with that, and other ideas. Tips on cooking dried pinto and garbanzo beans would also be helpful.
