lostfan
Mo'ne Davis would easily be the best reliever on the Sox right now, she'd probably close.
Brian
QUOTE (lostfan @ Aug 20, 2014 -> 06:55 PM) Mo'ne Davis would easily be the best reliever on the Sox right now, she'd probably close. She'd fit in with tonight's performance so far. Nevada is tough.
fathom
QUOTE (Brian @ Aug 21, 2014 -> 01:13 AM) Nevada is tough. One of the better LLWS teams of the last 5 years

farmteam
QUOTE (iamshack @ Aug 20, 2014 -> 08:53 PM) The lefty pitcher...Austin something, is just nasty...was throwing in the high 70's...he hits righty...interesting. Did you see the kid Las Vegas had going against Chicago on Sunday? Sat at 76 the whole game. They couldn't do much against him. I assume she threw more than 25 pitches tonight, so Mo'Ne Davis can't pitch against Chicago tomorrow.
Rowand44
So if Chicago wins tonight do they play a one game US championship on Saturday or do they have to beat Nevada twice?

I would assume they'd have to win twice but not sure. Seems like it would be the fair thing.

I agree but the way the announcers are talking it seems like it's just a one game championship on Saturday, that's why I'm wondering. IlliniKrush
QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Aug 21, 2014 -> 07:51 PM) So if Chicago wins tonight do they play a one game US championship on Saturday or do they have to beat Nevada twice? Only one game. Which isn't really fair in a "double elimination" tournament.
