Don't the Angels have a tv deal like the Dodgers coming up soon? If so, money won't be a problem for them. They were already looking for pitching before this news. If so, money won't be a problem for them. They were already looking for pitching before this news. No, they don't. Time Warner apparently is getting completely screwed on the deal with the Dodgers and so even if the Halos got a new contract it wouldn't be anywhere close to the Dodgers deal unless Time Warner somehow turns around their luck with the legal cases they're losing. caulfield12
They should just bring back Joe Saunders. He pitched a lot better for the Angels than any team in his career.

The Angels are in the 3rd year of a $3 billion 20 year contract. .Not Dodgers territory, but not bad. Jerksticks
Danks does have value. 200 innings of moderate toilet is better than less innings or full toilet. Surprisingly, there is value but maybe not until next deadline.

Surprisingly, there is value but maybe not until next deadline. There isn't any value in that when he's making 14 million. He ain't going anywhere. We'll get to watch him do his Jaime Navarro impression for another two years.

Danks had a major injury and people were optimistic that he could return to his old self after some recovery time. 2008-2011 Danks >>>>>> Hector Santiago. I'm the first to admit the optimism was wrong and Danks sucks now, but let's not act like Danks has always been Dylan Axelrod Sr..

Santiago is wayyyyy better than Danks and 14 times better considering the price
