The reason alot of us don't like Colon is because the guy SELF-ADMITTEDLY pitches better when things are going well. Thats bulls*** reasoning from supposedly one of the best ptchers in the game. His numbers with us this year are crap, considering what he is capable of doing. Buehrle is a battler in there, most Sox fans know that he will give up hits, doesn't walk too many, nor K too many, but he gets the job done most of the time. What identity does Colon have? Well, we thought he was a power pitcher who could be at times dominating. What we didn't know was that apparently he likes to decide his "dominating" performance time. The subject is Colon and his effort, not Buehrle. Do you think Buehrle makes more or less of an effort than Colon might be a fair comparison.
