For sure. And he's lost those extra ticks on his fastball that would bail him out. No way he's pumping easy 96-98 anymore.

Saw some splits on him not long ago that showed his major problem is the first inning, almost every single time. If you can somehow figure out how to not make it disastrous every time out, he'd be much more valuable.

He starts at AAA next year and has to earn his way into the big leagues again. If he can find his fastball again great. If not, he sits at AAA until he winds up trying the bullpen route in a year or two.
