Jenksismyhero
Arrest of Adrian Peterson (reported by @MarkBermanFox26) stems from the disciplining of a son with a switch, source says. He’s been indicted What the hell does disciplining his son with a switch mean? Edited September 12, 2014 by Jenksismybitch

bmags
Ugh, I know there is a whole #spankyourchild crowd, but how can you see the cuts begin to form on your kid and still justify and keep at it. Just disgusting.
fathom
If story is true and pics are legit, I can't see how the Vikings keep him. NFL should suspend him indefinitely.

ChiliIrishHammock24
QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Sep 12, 2014 -> 05:00 PM) Thank you. I literally had no clue what that meant. Light switch didn't make much sense! I was lucky enough to never get a switch, or belt, or spoon, or really any spanking that I can remember. The one thing my dad did do was pull my ear to make me go do something, and I f***ed hated him for that. I would get scabs under my earlobe from him pulling them. Once I got old enough to smack his arms away and yell at him to stop touching me, it never happened again. But that's nothing compared to a lot of people, I'm sure. Soxbadger
This is what I posted in the Ray Rice thread: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/report-vikin...-205407718.html Well I have to imagine that anything involving children being harmed is going to result in a pretty significant suspension. My grandmother used to tell us to go get one in the yard. I don't think she ever actually made us do it though. Didn't Peterson's infant child die last year or something as well? Good for you telling him to cut that s*** out! Good for you. When I went to Brother Rice, the brothers could smack you around a bit. I never got hit but some buddies did. One time a lay teacher hit a kid in the ear and bloodied him a bit. I seriously forget what happened to the teacher. Not sure if he got in trouble or not. My dad was an alcoholic and screamed a ton but never hit me or my mom and my other sibs. Edited September 13, 2014 by greg775
Jordan4life_2007
I have a 5-year old nephew that I babysit quite often. I can't even bring myself to semi-hit him when he acts up. I just put on my Michael Myers mask and scare the s*** out of him. It does the job every time. Much more efficient.
