Thought Rasmus could get as much as $18-22 million for a two year deal, but $8 million isn't too far off.

Looks like Vogelsong is next.

Rasmus, Marisnick, Springer and Gattis (LF/C) will split time. Once top prospect Singleton seems to be on the outside looking in...same with Grossman and Dominguez.

Good article speculating on where Shields will end up by Stark. Right now, for $110 million and five years, nowhere. For $80-90 million and four years, there will be someone that bites, eventually.

.@Brewers sign LHP Dontrelle Willis to @MiLB contract with invite to @MLB #SpringTraining.

Good for him. He really sucked when people figured him out but I always enjoyed watching him pitch and hit for that matter.

Wish this was the Sox.

i kinda wish as well. when i was mentioning him as an option, someone pointed out the LH hitting in Adam and the SW htting in Melky. plus i really thought he would go a team that maybe can get him 350+ at bats.

then now looking at the price tag, this is not JR move.

The acquisition of Alejandro De Aza last summer could end up being a key factor in the Orioles‘ 2015 season, as the former White Sox outfielder now looks to be a big piece of the roster, writes Roch Kubatko of MASNsports.com

Per MLBTR

Welp, good luck then.

Brandon Beachy’s agent, Rob Martin: “Brandon has decided not to sign a contract at this time. With each day his arm is getting stronger …

“…and he’s feeling even more confident about his progress. Thus, he is going to continue with his throwing program and make a decision…

…closer to spring training.“ Beachy, a free agent, is recovering from his second Tommy John surgery.
