EvilJester99
All this blowing of the Cubs due to a spring training game with them hitting homeruns is hilarious.. I can't wait until they are out of it in May again and listen to them whine..
JUSTgottaBELIEVE
I wonder if they are also excited about Baez's sub .100 batting average this spring? All hype. Bryant is the only legit one of this group. Soler has a chance too if he can manage to actually stay healthy for more than 1/2 the season.
Rowand44
This thread is funny cause it goes right from us Sox fans making fun of Baez for being a whole 0-8 into ragging on Cubs fans for getting excited about the back to back to back homers today. Yeah, but you'll notice that no single person participated in both sides of that. So we're absolved. They deserve to be mocked anyway. I saw people taking it as confirmation that this totally is the year. GMAFB.

caulfield12
Anderson, Hawkins, Danish, Montas and Adams all have star potential as well, maybe not SUPERSTAR, but at least All-Star. Most would say that Anderson, Hawkins and Montas have off the charts ceilings...Adams, if he repeats again, puts himself in that conversation as well. Of course, doesn't mean it will happen, we've learned that time and time again as Sox fans.

I know you freak out about all their guys, but he's this good. Mlb advance scouting and pitchers will adjust in the second half like they did to limit Abreu's power numbers. They excel at finding and exploiting any weaknesses. http://grantland.com/the-triangle/mlb-los-...015-and-beyond/ As much as there is concern about the future Cubs' dynasty, even the Dodgers Evil Empire could collapse easily enough.
