Rizzo with a 3 run HR off Folty. The HP umpire has been absolutely brutal in the first 3 innings. Already has missed about 12-15 calls.

Can't complain about Doug Eddings ever :)

Not even mad about Cubs winning tonight. Insane pitching matchup advantage

Jim Deshaies just said he doesn't remember the AJP drop 3rd play

One of, if not the, worst color announcers in all of baseball. Not because of the above, but cuz he is very bad. He really adds little to a game and it's awkward when he tries to make a joke and that's even worse than his analogy.

Just as every replay goes against the Sox, the Cubs continue to get the benefit on so many close replays. The guy blatantly reached over the yellow line...same thing that happened earlier this week with Miggy's homer that was overturned.

Jackson finally helps Cubs win. Braves are a disgrace, they have lost 21 of last 23 on road.

Isn't that kind of a conflict of interest? Jackson would get a playoff share from the Cubs, he obviously won't get one from the Braves.

This NL Central reminds me of the 2006 AL Central when the Sox finished third with 90 wins.

Lot of really s***ty teams in the NL, but you have to give the Cubs credit for beating them. That's 12 out of 13 from the Rockies, Brewers, and Braves. Would love if the Sox could have that kind of stretch against Seattle, Boston, and Minnesota right now.

No we need a draft pick; a good one.

How many times did the Sox potentially lose a playoff berth due to the inability to beat last place teams? Those 116 loss Tigers of last decade come to mind.
