ChiliIrishHammock24
QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Jan 22, 2015 -> 08:25 PM) Did Melky crack the LF list? They actually did the RF list from 8-9 pm, and the LF list is from 9-10 PM tonight. A writer from Fangraphs, whom I somehow have never heard of, is on the panel right now talking RF'ers, and he just said he has Jorge Soler in his top 10. Come on, guy. In other rival news, I totally forgot how amazing J.D. Martinez was last year.

ChiliIrishHammock24
s***, I missed 10-8. Damn puppy. Matt Holliday is #7.
ChiliIrishHammock24
Well they are down to the final 4 guys, and no Melky yet, so he won't be in The Shredder's top 10 at least.
flavum
QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Jan 22, 2015 -> 09:17 PM) s***, I missed 10-8. Damn puppy. Matt Holliday is #7. 10 Yelich 9 Upton (Byrnes laughed that off) 8 Dickerson I don't think Cabrera makes top 10, according to the Shredder. hi8is
QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jan 22, 2015 -> 07:31 PM) Eric Byrnes was HEATED over the Justin Upton ranking Why so? Thanks, hi8is.
Jose Abreu
QUOTE (hi8is @ Jan 23, 2015 -> 01:18 AM) Why so? Thanks, hi8is. He ranked him second in his list rather than ninth, so he was going off about how the shredder was flawed and this was a dumb ranking and so on
Steve9347
QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jan 17, 2015 -> 11:04 PM) I watched those episodes. I predict Robertson to be unranked, Melky to be #6, Sale at either #3 or #4 (they might put Kluber ahead of him), and Abreu at #2. This isn't necessarily what I think is right, but I have a feeling this is what The Shredder will say. No chance in hell Kluber gets put in front of Sale. flavum
QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jan 23, 2015 -> 08:56 AM) In the most recent "Top Ten Right Now" from August, Sale was number 6 and Kluber was top 3. The Shredder takes it back 2-3 years. Sale will be higher than Kluber. Probably higher than Sale- Kershaw, Scherzer, Felix. Can't imagine Sale will be lower than 4th. ChiliIrishHammock24
QUOTE (flavum @ Jan 23, 2015 -> 09:00 AM) The Shredder takes it back 2-3 years. Sale will be higher than Kluber. Probably higher than Sale- Kershaw, Scherzer, Felix. Can't imagine Sale will be lower than 4th. I think Kershaw, Scherzer, Felix, and Darvish will be all above Sale. Either way, I am pretty sure Sale will get the best ranking from The Shredder where popularity doesn't matter, and then he will slip on everyone else's lists because no one cares about the White Sox. He'll fall behind guys like Kluber, Jose Fernandez maybe, Cole Hamels somehow, maybe Verlander. I just don't trust the guys even on MLB Network will respect Sale. flavum
Sale was #4 last year. I would hope he doesn't fall back, but I guess 5 is possible.

ChiliIrishHammock24
QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jan 29, 2015 -> 12:40 PM) I think he should be 2 or 3, but he'll probably be 5. I agree. In my own personal rankings, I'd say behind Kershaw for sure, and then him and Felix would be a toss up, and I'd probably give Felix the nod for health and how long he's been great.
