Can't lead with the helmet, intentional or not. You can argue the rule is stupid, but it was enforced correctly.

Enforce the other 99 times its happened this game. That's not a personal foul and it was weak. Good for ND though, they needed a call or they were going to get boat raced.

Well I don't like the ones where the defender's position changes at the last millisecond and an unintentional hit with the head results.

This one was like as easy as it gets though.

I prefer the game end in a scoreless tie.

It's a terrible rule, at least the way it's written. It shouldn't be an automatic ejection and it shouldn't be a penalty if it's not to the head.

But it is a rule and it is written the way it is, and he still made it simple on them.

The sad thing is that he did it on such an easy play.

Helmet and intent is a clear ejection. Hit to the chest? Come on.

You can't open the quarterback or receivers to getting f***ing speared by linebackers/safeties leading with the crown. Tackle the right way, not using your equipment as a weapon.

That's not spearing either.

Stanford, OSU and a 100% healthy ND all would have made for more compelling tv in the Final Four.

How the hell did NW beat Stanford?

McCaffrey already has 140 yards in about six minutes. Getting his Heisman denied moment in the sun.

Is he related to Ed?
