I think the Padres acquired the most talent, but it may take them 1/2 a season or more to sort it out...they need to make more moves to move excess and shore up weaknesses. Sox need more moves too, but they have no excess on the 25 roster. It will come from the minors (either using them or trading them) or FA signing next year.
