Rodgers is done in Green Bay, that muslim comment during the anthem was the last straw, he needs a change of scenery. Cutler & McClellin for Rodgers, who says no? GoSox05
I think Manning is also dealing with a rib and shoulder injury. Not good when you are 39.
Jose Abreu
So the Bears play Brock Osewiler on Sunday. Honestly, the only game I wholeheartedly think the Bears lose is Thanksgiving vs Green Bay. I think all other games are winnable and we could finish 9-7. Jose Abreu
QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Nov 16, 2015 -> 08:44 AM) Is it too late to move to the AFC West?? Yeah, we dominate the AFC West. I think we'd definitely be in 1st place in the AFC West, AFC South, or NFC East. We were written off early due to the 0-3 start, but 1.5 of those games were with Jimmy Clausen at QB, all against tough opponents.
southsider2k5
QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Nov 16, 2015 -> 07:28 AM) I think they are just back in the NFL blob of mediocrity. Some weeks you look better than others, most weeks come down to one or two plays. If all of those plays come out in your favor, then people think you are good. Their opening schedule was tough, combined with the Cutler injury made them seem much worse than they really were. And mediocrity is a big improvement for the Bears. With another solid draft, and key free agents... there is hope for 16.

GoSox05
Bears could very well beat the Packers on Thanksgiving. Packers just lost to the Lions(2-7) at home. Packers had 3 points going into the 4th quarter. 3!

Chisoxfn
QUOTE (Tony82087 @ Nov 15, 2015 -> 12:28 PM) Langford is an absolute player. If White turns out (huge if), Pace's 1st draft looks strong. That cut back TD Langford had near the end of the game was impressive. More impressive then his other big plays, imo. I really really like Langford and I also think Carey is alright too. Like what we have going. Will be curious to see what sort of added wrinkles we see when Forte is back (to exploit both Forte and Langford). Great win by the Bears. Rams really helped but man our special teams is brutal. Mariani had bonehead decision after bonehead decision.

Chisoxfn
QUOTE (CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Nov 15, 2015 -> 07:06 PM) Those 2 TD's to Miller and Langford had to be the longest scoring plays by the offense this year. Miller's TD was the longest passing TD in franchise history (according to the telecast).

Their opening schedule was tough, combined with the Cutler injury made them seem much worse than they really were. I'd also say that even in this game against the Rams, we had two gigantic plays that helped set the tone. That said, we had our own moronic play (which countered the Rams fumble by Mason...ours was dumber in the grand scale), but Foles and the Rams receivers are terrible. Chisoxfn
One week at a time boys, but it was nice to get that win against the Rams, it means if we can somehow steal one of the next two, we are in a spot to actually make a run at this thing (given our schedule). Crazy to think that but it is shockingly the case (I haven't actually evaluated playoff scenarios just thinking about our schedule and the fact that it seems like with a few exceptions, everyone is the stink in the NFC). bmags
Gase did a really good job just creating plays that could be done fast. Even so, donald was still a beast. Kudos to the players for taking those plays to the house.
Chisoxfn
I was so pissed when the Rams took Donald. I thought for sure he was going to fall to the Bears pick. Thought their was no way the Rams would take another dlinemen. Slausson gave Jay a lot of credit, saying he had audibled to those big plays.
