Manny being Manny?!

Pedro Martinez says Manny Ramirez used to spike team drinks w/Viagra

Maybe the White Sox need to try that?

At least if they were getting a little nookie on the side, it might help them to relax a little bit and stop pressing so much.

Buehrle/Sabathia tonight...seems like old times.

If Buehrle has a bad outing, he may be taking his first DL trip. He's been dealing with arm stuff.

Buehrle 5 innings, 1 run. Came out after 77 pitches.

Seven MLB teams played the first 27 games at 17-10 or better. That's a lot.

Hou 18-9

NY 17-10

Det 17-10

KC 17-10

StL 20-7

NYM 17-10

LA 17-10

The second wild card win totals may be very low -- 86-76 could get you an extra game.

Buehrle describes the reports of his ailments as "horses*** reporting". Says he will only need to go on the DL if he goes out and gets hit by a car walking across the street.

Have you ever heard of Chris Sale or Jeff Samardjiza?

oh what i love about Chris and Jeff, they wanted to take care of business, the old fashion way, in private and now.

not thru the press as some chicken s*** players have done.

do you remember abot carlos zambrano and his catcher after they left the field, during a game and went into the clubhouse and took care of business. then came back out and finish the game.

Matt Carpenter down with "extreme fatigue." #stlcards left him in St. Louis for this series to rest.

Hope he's ok, as he's probably the NL MVP at this point.
