daa84
normally I only ask that The White Sox hold my attention until the Bears pre-season starts. Unfortunately, it looks like we may come up ~4 months short of that goal.

Dick Allen
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 10, 2015 -> 05:12 PM) And it's been like this 3 of the 4 years of this manager. The only time it wasn't was in his first year - they came out ready to play from day 1. The next 3 years they seemingly overslept after ST. The last 2 years, they won their first 2 games, and until this year, since this is game 4, they started every season since Robin has been the manager 2-2. So again, you are ignoring facts. Southwest Sider
For the love of.... this team needs a sense of urgency! They need to play like its the f***ing playoffs! Almost this entire month is against division foes, you can easily dig yourself into an almost insurmountable hole this month, and this is how they come out of the gate? I can almost.... ALMOST understand getting swept by KC. Really, they should have taken 1 game there. Embarrassing yourselves on opening day is just.... lame. No one can magically make the Sox play better, but these games f***ing count and it sure doesn't seem like they are playing like it. (Except game 2 in KC, they fought hard in that game to their credit. No thanks to Putnam for gift wrapping that game for their hottest hitter)
