We need Crain from 2 years ago. Even if he's ready now, the chances of that are not great. The Sox need YOUNG arms for the pen. The lack of them is one of the reasons that "all in" might have been a year premature. But they are going to have to go through minor league arms and hopefully some will quickly develop.
