caulfield12 Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 (edited) I'm starting to think the entire (subconscious, hopefully) plan was to blow up Noesi's ERA by having Rodon giving up those two inherited runners...then Hahn/Ventura can point to Noesi's 5+ ERA and use that as justification for removing him from the rotation and making him the long man in the bullpen. Everyone knows the most exciting part of a win streak is starting them so they are clearly winning 1 and losing one or more to keep that excitement of starting a new win streak.
