Some terrible stuff here:

I'd argue if there was any killing it's the driver that caused it.

I wonder if there is any case law that covers this. I can't believe this kind of killing happens very often. I'm trying to imagine a case where this has happened. Perhaps driving off the road and having an accident.

You completely missed the point of the article in favor of writing out gibberish, again.

No, my point was perfectly valid if you think about it...by conflating these other statistics (lets say accidental drownings) it makes the police incidents more innocuous.

Its a dishonest use of stats to cover up the problem, one that is real and genuine no matter how they try to spin it or hide it.

According to Google Maps, the location where he was arrested is a 3 minute drive from the police station where he was booked. That ride took 45 minutes.

Good luck, officers.

There should be a charge "wasting taxpayer dollars/dereliction of duties."

Seems like they had nothing better to do with their time than taunt this guy endlessly, like a game...like college kids picking on the homeless and beating them to death for a cheap thrill.

The specific case has nothing to do with race. It's about abusive police officers killing a guy.

I know but the rioting over all the other issues has everything to do with class/race.

<!--quotec-->Are the 6 cops charged all white?

No.

So three of the six are African American. Only the minority columnists will tackle that part of the issue, you best believe that. They will be free to write about it; not the white columnists if they want to continue to be employed. Too much of a risky subject to tackle unless you are African American.

Half of the cops are black. That is just insane.

It looks like the 3 white cops arrested him, the first guy in the series of pictures drove him around. The two other cops knew he needed medical help and decided he wasn't worth the paperwork.

There's two large issues at hand here. The first is the cops arresting him without a legitimate reason. The second is the cops doing the rough ride and neglecting to get him medical help.

And Al Sharpton is still not in jail for multi-million dollar tax evasion.

These are related how?

And Enron hasnt recompensated their former employees for billions of dollars in lost retirement monies caused by mismanagement and illegal accounting/stock manipulation.

Just pointing that it isn't always about race, just in case. And Enron isn't alone, yo uahve almost every lawmaker in just about every state for the last 30 years that have been mismanaging and appropriating retirement funds.

And all those lawmakers were also African-American? Like the decidedly non-minority Fortune 500 CEO's who are never prosecuted (see Anthony Mozilo, Countrywide Loans)?

It isn't always, but how is a protester getting 500K bail when the person charged with second degree murder (who is arguably the source of this particular flare up) gets bail for half the amount?

Bail amounts are not purely about seriousness of charge. Prior history and flight risk are also major components, as well as financial standing and other factors.

i always thought there was no bail on murder.
