Who would the Sox demand from Boston for Sale? Betts, Swihart, Owens, Moncada?

I'd ask for Swihart, Margot, E. Rodriguez and Betts. I doubt they'd give up that much.

Forgot about Moncada.

Devers and Margot as well.

Would rather take a flyer on Bradley Jr. As fifth guy than overvalue Betts.

Eduardo Rodriguez (p)

At least it is short.

Yes, and that's another advantage the Sox have that makes absolutely no difference. They really have the easiest travel schedule in baseball--or they did when the Astros were in the NL. It may be the Cubs now. They should have no excuses for being tired.

We're trading Sale, not Samardzija. Bradley Jr. is a mediocre hitter. You go for the potential superstars, and that's what everyone projects Betts and Swihart to be.

it's actually kind of fun to watch. If this isn't the bottom then I have no idea what is.

Injury to Abreu, Robertson, Sale, Q or Avi would be the only thing that could make this worse.
