flavum
By my count, the Sox haven't hit a homer in 91 hitting innings. Not letting that get to 100 would be nice. Hopefully they don't even get to the 100th inning tonight. Keep it at 99.
shysocks
QUOTE (flavum @ May 6, 2015 -> 11:08 AM) By my count, the Sox haven't hit a homer in 91 hitting innings. Not letting that get to 100 would be nice. Hopefully they don't even get to the 100th inning tonight. Keep it at 99. This homerless streak doesn't concern me if they win going forward. Didn't the 8-game streak in 2010 happen amidst a 7-1 record or something?
Jerksticks
I'm still concerned that our hitters cannot handle velocity. Individually maybe, but collectively? I dunno.

thxfrthmmrs
The fact that Sale has a higher ERA than Simon ticks me off a little. I hope that changes by the end of tonight.

BaconOnAStick
Tomorrow is a 1:10 first pitch right? It's gonna be blazin' out tomorrow. Tonight should at least be pleasant which is a welcome departure from miserable.

Wear them until it doesn't work. And get some gray ones. They need some help on the road. I never liked those uniforms. I always thought they looked like space suits. For some reason, I think they look better on fans in the stands. Edited May 6, 2015 by Dick Allen

shysocks
Dan Hayes @CSNHayes 34s34 seconds ago #WhiteSox for 5/6: Eaton 8, Cabrera 7, Abreu 3, LaRoche DH, Garcia 9, Gillaspie 5, Ramirez 6, Flowers 2, Johnson 4. Sale v. Simon. #returnofFlowers
PorkChopExpress
I'd like to see them try Garcia in the 3rd spot, and bump Abreu and LaRoche back one. I know it messes with the R-L-R-L-R thing, but you could also swap Ramirez and Gillaspie and still have R-R-L-R-L. Garcia is not showing a lot of power yet, but he's hitting the ball and getting on base better than anyone else right now. Shake things up. reiks12
Does an average right fielder get to that ball? I couldn't see his route that well from the replay but it looked like Avi was completely fooled.
