Of course Sony and Marvel both denied that there was going to be a deal regarding Spiderman and that ended up happening so I wouldn't be surprised if this does happen and they are just ironing out details. Then the Sony leak happened and they squashed it again, and a month later the deal was struck. Marvel is icing out Fox, they cancelled future F4 magazines to drive down interest and then Fox played right into their hands by meddling with the film and turning it into a bomb. She has control of her mind still (his powers are pheromone based), but her body wants to be raped by him. Fortunately it never happens, he does it to torture her.
