Harry Chappas
Time for our number four starter to step it up tonight if he wants his money next season. With the only losing record among our top starters it is time to step it up for all of the blowouts we have suffered at the hands of the Tigers and Twins in his starts. With the worst WHIP, it is time to give our fielders a rest in this heat and get them on and off the field. If our Tub of Goo can give us tremendous effort against three of the best teams in baseball the last three games, our number four has to produce to at least a servicable level to get to our bull pen to bail him out. The Critic
Why is this in green? It doesn't sound sarcastic at all to ask Buerhle to step it up tonight. ...except for the "number four starter" remark....that can stay in green... aboz56
If Buehrle is our number 4 starter, Rios should be our everyday right fielder.

I wouldn't call it coming out of the woodwork, I've been a Buehrle supporter ALL SEASON and I still maintain that he is our ACE like I always will. aboz56
By the way, Buehrle is 9-4 lifetime versus the Twins.
BurlyMan56
hopefully mark can give another solid outing. There's a couple of lefty's that's always good if he can throw his cutter in on the hands of the Twinkies.

Buehrle is my favorite. Right now I just like thinking that the Sox have 3 aces and one damn good pitcher (Garland). I hope they all stay healthy and all get better and better. The Critic
I think Mark will be good tonight, just worried about a pitcher we have never seen before. We all know those adventures. They saw him in 94, so it doesn't count!! Frank has taken him out of the park twice, I believe. YAAAAAAAAAAAAY - the "first timer curse" does not apply to Pulido!!!
