YouCanPutItOnTheBoardYES!
I love Rodon. You could tell that he didn't have his best stuff out there but he battled and kept the Sox in the game. He's going to be a hell of a pitcher in a few years.
caulfield12
34.6 IP, 35 hits, 35 K's, 22 BB, 3.12 ERA.....1.64 WHIP needs to come down (mostly the walks). Realistically, he's outpitched those numbers by quite a bit because of the poor defense behind him.

flavum
I wouldn't be surprised if the Sox lost 8-1 tonight. Too negative?
caulfield12
QUOTE (Mike F. @ Jun 4, 2015 -> 08:18 PM) I love Rodon. You could tell that he didn't have his best stuff out there but he battled and kept the Sox in the game. He's going to be a hell of a pitcher in a few years. He was actually throwing his hardest in the last two innings, which is always a good sign to get stronger as the game goes on. Very rare quality seen in guys like Bartolo Colon or Justin Verlander in their primes.
Buehrle>Wood
QUOTE (Soxfest @ Jun 4, 2015 -> 09:05 PM) This is why he needs to stay in rotation and quit playing games with Noesi. I believe rodon took a start off for personal issues, correct me if I'm wrong.
Dick Allen
Even if Melky has to hit RH, nic that Texas has to burn their only lefty in the pen in the 7th,
caulfield12
Cabrera 4/46 vs. LHP. (.087, 4 measly singles) Pablo Sandoval even went to swinging lefty today against LHP against the Twins. 3 steals for Eaton on the season. Ramirez leads the Sox with 7. Condor13
I'm watching the white sox feed and it keeps coming up with mlb services unavailable, but the Texas feed and all the other games on mlb.tv works. How did we get out of the bottom of the 6th I missed it?

fathom
Absolutely brutal swings by Melky from the right side. He might as well hit lefties vs LHP, it can't be worse.

fathom
QUOTE (flavum @ Jun 5, 2015 -> 03:29 AM) Garbage season for Melky. Have to get him out of the 2nd spot. caulfield12
QUOTE (flavum @ Jun 4, 2015 -> 08:29 PM) Garbage season for Melky. He's definitely becoming the Dunn 2011 signing equivalent for Hahn. 4/47 now against lefties, .085. That's even hard for pitchers not named Jon Lester to do.
