Dick Allen
Avi was hanging out over the plate that AB. I think he could have taken a strike off his elbow. That last one was inside, and had no chance not to hit him.
Chicago White Sox
Absolutely huge win, gives us a solid chance to take 2 of 3, which is what we need to keep doing to get back into this thing. Also, props to Robin for taking Melky out of the 2-hole and pinch-hitting for Flowers late in the game. We're past the point of worrying about these guys' egos, wins are all that matter. pettie4sox
I think it's Shuck time in LF. Melky should ride pine a bit.

flavum
Q got the no decison, but that's only 3 out of 11 starts. He's 2-6, with a 4.28 ERA.

Eminor3rd
QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jun 5, 2015 -> 09:30 PM) A win's a win! If we end up anywhere near .500, this should be the motto for the season.
LDF
QUOTE (raBBit @ Jun 6, 2015 -> 04:40 AM) Robin on Alexei staying in the #2 hole. "I think it could happen against lefties." Yes!!!! No Alexei #2 vs. RHP finally and a really nice performance.
GGajewski18
only 6.5 back
caulfield12
That ball Avi hit was 6-8 inches off the plate...impressive coverage. He's a better breaking ball hitter (for power) at this point in his career.
Chicago White Sox
QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Jun 5, 2015 -> 11:51 PM) only 6.5 back 5.5 behind KC, which is all that really matters. Twins aren't a playoff team and will regress hard soon enough. Edited June 6, 2015 by Chicago White Sox
Lemon_44
QUOTE (reiks12 @ Jun 5, 2015 -> 11:42 PM) Good to see Robin shaking the lineup around. Overdue imo Very glad to see and past due. As I said in another thread, his resistance to make lineup changes has been my biggest pet peeve with him.
southsider2k5
QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Jun 5, 2015 -> 10:26 PM) Avi was hanging out over the plate that AB. You say that like its a bad thing. #TWTW

ILMOU
QUOTE (Lemon_44 @ Jun 6, 2015 -> 04:46 AM) Very glad to see and past due. As I said in another thread, his resistance to make lineup changes has been my biggest pet peeve with him. The better move, though, would be moving Avi into the 2 hole, and I doubt we'll see that. Surprise me, Robin. And as far as pet peeves go, the complete lack of preparation on a seasonal and nightly basis does it for me.
