knightni
"On June 6, Trout was the centerpiece of a celebration that unveiled a new exhibit examining the rivalry. Set to run through Sept. 27 at the Grayslake Heritage Center and Museum, the display features interactive opportunities, trivia, pictures of legendary players from both teams, songs and mock ups of the scoreboards found at both Wrigley Field and U.S. Cellular Field." http://www.chicagotribune.com/suburbs/lake...0610-story.html
Swingandalongonetoleft
I thought the bit about ownership towards the end was interesting. I know there are plenty of subscribers to the idea that the current ownership's supposed loyalty to it's own is a big part of the reason this team doesn't find itself making it out of the division at the end of the year. At the same time, there are probably positive things being done for which they don't get the recognition they should/get taken for granted.
