Feeky Magee
The starter for Cal State, Thomas Eshelman, has insane K/BB ratios all 3 years in college. I would have drafted the hell out of him.

caulfield12
A walk, 2 wild pitches and a balk in the same inning? He'll fit right in with the White Sox/Rodon. Edited June 15, 2015 by caulfield12

caulfield12
QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jun 14, 2015 -> 06:57 PM) Go CS Fullerton! What's the proper protocol about openly rooting against unsigned future White Sox players, haha?

Buehrle>Wood
QUOTE (Mike F. @ Jun 14, 2015 -> 08:24 PM) BANISHMENT!!! Well the owner is a cs fullerton fan I believe so soxtalk.com would cease to exist.
caulfield12
QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jun 14, 2015 -> 07:26 PM) Well the owner is a cs fullerton fan I believe so soxtalk.com would cease to exist. So I guess he's rooting for a 1-0 Vandy loss where Fulmer completely dominates for the rest of the game?
Buehrle>Wood
His command leaves a lot to be desired, but only 2 walks. He has 3 er through 5. The first rbi single pitch would have been launched 500 feet vs any mlber. Then run was on a wild pitch, but in Fulmers defense, any mlb catcher probably would have stopped it. I think Coop can help him with his command issues if he's willing to learn and take advice (and it seems like he is).

caulfield12
Speaking of 86-88, wasn't Dylan Axelrod also on CS-Fullerton? He definitely pitched for a Univ-Cal system school. Edited June 15, 2015 by caulfield12

Chisoxfn
QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jun 14, 2015 -> 05:57 PM) Go CS Fullerton! Woot Woot! Freaking rain though. Eschelman was cruising. That said, rain also means Fulmer doesn't throw a ton of innings in at least this game. Plus, if your a fan of the Sox, you want Vandy eliminated so Carson can sign sooner!!! PS: GO TITANS!!! Chisoxfn
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jun 14, 2015 -> 06:59 PM) Speaking of 86-88, wasn't Dylan Axelrod also on CS-Fullerton? He definitely pitched for a Univ-Cal system school. Not Fullerton. Esch can pitch, that is for sure. Was drafted high himself (some rumblings that he was going to sneak into the back of the 1st but ended up going in the supplemental / comp rounds). His mate, Justin Garza, was just as good as he was with a more explosive fastball but underwent surgery about a month ago. I kept saying he'd have been a great pick but the Tribe grabbed him in the tail end of day 1.
