rafacosta
That's good to know it, after high TV ratings i hope that ESPN shows much more Sox games and no more NYYankee$$ vs the f***ING TIGERS!!! :puke :puke :puke
DBAHO
Hmm that's a very interesting article to read to say da least. I thought da Cell looked a little empty when we were playin Boston on ESPN. But it's good to see that the TV Ratings r up and that at least ppl can watch the game if they can't get there. (U readin this Bill Wirtz!!!) But the next step is to actually bring those ppl to the ballpark. I know when on ESPN.com when they were doing all da Ballpark tours, Pac Bell Park was such a great stadium because there was easy access to the park, by train, or by a bus that goes straight to da stadium. See I think we should be gettin at least 35,000 ppl for da Twinkie series and I think we might get that on Thursday with Cy Loaiza goin for his 20th, (There's an incentive for all u Chicago ppl, an ass whooping against our main rival, and one of our pitchers actually winning 20 games all in 1 day!!!) Da Sox r big with families as well. Reinsdorf needs to see that and offer incentive to these families to come to da Cell. Whew, that was a long post, lol. The Critic
I disagree. IMHO, USCF does TOO MUCH for families and not enough for young adults with disposable income. I agree with Killa....and I'm not even IN that demographic!! I have a family, not much "disposable" income, and I AIN'T YOUNG! Friday night games especially should be marketed at singles and young adults. Then the families can come on Saturdays and ask what "that smell" is... The people at ESPN asked the Sox to change the start time for a Red Sox game and I wonder why they didn't ask for the Wed night game versus the Twins. You have two team starting the series in a tie for 1st place and we get nothing. I have to wait till Thur afternoon and see a game on WGN, which should be televising more Sox games also. Be Good
Here's the link. LIKE I said before I never even been to Chi-Town but im still famous, I have an expressway named after me: There are two main routes to the ballpark from the far southwest suburbs — I-80 to I-57 to the Dan Ryan Expressway or LaGrange Road to the Stevenson Expressway to the Dan Ryan. Trust me, neither combination is Aparicio to Fox to Kluszewski these days. Uh, you know, the Dan Ryan and LaGrange Road, a.k.a. One Lane Ahead and Expect Extreme Delays.
