LittleHurt05
It's official. The 05 Sox are now the 85 Bears. That's why this franchise can't have nice things.

elrockinMT
I loved AJ and Juan Uribe when they were with the Sox.
Dick Allen
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jul 2, 2015 -> 07:01 AM) Love it. Go Braves! Buehrle got a win, and Cotts was untouched in 2/3 of an inning. I think those are the only 4 currently active for the World Champions. I would guess BMac had a nice day on the Twitter recuperating from surgery. AJ > Flowers Buehrle > Danks We have a good bullpen, but I wouldn't hate having Cotts. And I'll take Uribe over Ramirez, although this very debatable. Ten years is a long time in professional sports. I NEED one of those Bobby Jenks bobbleheads coming out.

They've remained exceptional. Mark is worth every penny he's received since leaving. Uribe is so solid.

Deserved to retire here every bit as much as PK in my opinion. I miss watching him pitch every 5th day.
lasttriptotulsa
QUOTE (bmags @ Jul 2, 2015 -> 02:25 PM) You may want to look up Uribe's stats since his departure. He's been pretty good the vast majority of the time since he left. Not that I'm agreeing with Greg that the Sox should have kept him the last 7 years but he has been a very solid player. He battled injuries and had down years in 2011 and 2012, but the other 5 seasons since he's been gone he has put up fWARs of 2.8, 2.8, 5.0, 3.6 and 2.0 (projected this season). Let's not forget about the money Miami paid Buehrle at the time.
