I wouldn't call it embarrassing. You've got Thomas, a Hall of Famer. Baines, who was pretty damn good with 2,866 hits, Konerko the Sox all time career home run leader and Minoso, who it goes without saying is the face of our franchise. I like the list. You should only be taking into account their White Sox careers otherwise you open up a huge can of worms by making people like Griffey, Allen and a whole slew of others qualify. This is the kind of stupid list you get when you let fans vote. Harold and Paule are two of my absolute favorite players but neither are nowhere near deserving of this.
