Buehrle>Wood
Sale has finished 6th, 5th and 3rd the last three years in Cy Young voting. To no ones surprise he's right there again. Sale: 9-5, 2.85 ERA (8th best), 0.99 WHIP (1st), 170 ks (1st), 4.4 WAR (1st), in 133 IP (7th) Not bad. Let's look at his main competition: Keuchel: 12-5, 2.32 ERA (4th), 0.99 WHIP (1st), 132 Ks (7th), 3.9 WAR (3rd), in 151 IP (1st) Price, Kazmir, Gray, Archer, Felix and Hector Santiago (lol) are all right there too, but probably, definitely behind the top 2 as it stands. Anyways I think this is the year he breaks through.

Texsox
If the Sox make a late run, it shouldn't matter, but we've seen the voters react to similar.
ShandyMan
At this point it's Sale's to lose IMO.
rschultzy20
Sale's strikeouts might win it for him if he continues to have a K/9 ratio of 10+. Otherwise he's pretty evenly matched with Keuchel, Archer, and Gray.
CWSpalehoseCWS
I would think this is his year assuming he keeps doing what he's done. He's been so fun to watch and absolutely dominating.
YouCanPutItOnTheBoardYES!
Where do you see the 4.4 WAR? According to Baseball Reference, he has a 3.3 WAR. Unless I'm missing something.

Quin
I just have a sinking feeling that Keuchel will get it due to his ERA unless Chris gets beneath 2.

Rowand44
I feel like the voting for these has gotten much better the last few years. The voters seem to be at least looking at stats they should be.
bighurt574
The race seems pretty wide open, depends on who has a big second half. Felix is really coming on strong, although his FIP is still lagging. Edited July 27, 2015 by bighurt574

Was it his last start where he got a liner in the knee? I feel like he has been different since then.

I feel like he has been different since then. I think it's obvious Sale is hurting even though he says he's healthy. Have EJ pitch his next start.
