greg775
Many of you were right; I was wrong. You said last night's ninth inning near implosion because of JM pitching that stiff would kill our momentum. I did not agree. Looks like you were right. Will this be what we point to when all is said and done? Will putting Jose Paniagua in the game instead of wrapping up an easy 8-2 victory be our downfall?? Or will we have the balls to win the division anyway?
BridgeportHeather
Relax! We've got Loaiza going tomorrow! Everything will be fine.
elrockinMT
Relax! We've got Loaiza going tomorrow! Everything will be fine. Loaiza is the one guy we have that can come in on any day and throw a shut out. Not to say anything against MB, JG or BC, but Esteban has been the man. I am putting my dime on E Lo for Thursday. If our hitters have any pride they will absolutely crush the Twinks.

What about Wright? Could he do it? Esteban has shown time and again this year that he is a big time performer. I have no problem riding his back into the playoffs. YASNY
Paniagua did not halt the Sox momentum. Santana did.

YASNY
LOL ya think? Hell Bmr. People are always looking for something to crucify JM for. Santana just shut them down for a day. No big deal. Had nothing to do with the Paniagua fiasco.

Great game Santana and the Twins.
The Critic
Paniagua did not halt the Sox momentum. Santana did. 100% agreed. Sometimes you just tip the cap. Santana had great command and a terrific changeup. When the game gets to Hawkins and Guardado, it's tough to make up 3 runs. Thursday is another day, but it's now REALLY important for Loaiza to get #20. C'MON ESTEBAN!!!!!
Al Lopez Ghost (old)
Tuesday night had nothing to do with Wednesday night. If I may, however, just a tip to Brian Daubach: GET THE HEAD AROUND YOU SON OF A b****! There. I feel better.

Great game Santana and the Twins. Santana is one of the best pitchers in baseball right now. There is no way to tell his change from his fastball until it is too late. Plus his FB is in the upper 90's and lefthanded. He will be haunting us for years to come. Hopefully they won't be able to resign him when he hits free agency...
