I get it man. I do. I bought extra innings this year and it's awful. Everytime I get it we suck. Bought it in '07, '14, '15

I bought it in 2013. That didnt end too well.

Maybe the most disappointing thing of the last 6 weeks or so was Hahn seemingly not trying to unload LaRoche on the Cards or Pirates. It's pretty obvious LaRoche is a terrible fit here.

He's trying to salvage what he can. Otherwise his resume so far would look fairly awful.

Yes, and everyone knows it. Low ball offers were probably all he got. If you're not getting anything worthwhile back and STILL picking up a large chunk of his salary, then f*** it.

My problem is that he continues to play so damn much but whatever we all know my feelings on RV.

Just a terrible fit. I would much rather watch Dunn hit than him.

Hahn's resume looks mediocre? He's taken an awful team and made them mediocre in 2 years. That's harder than it looks when the main farm additions are Carlos Sanchez and Carlos Rodon. You know who's resume looks awful... the guy... that would be KW.

Let's keep in mind that Rodon has been pushed into the rotation a full year ahead of the path Sale took and if I remember correctly, Sale had better control and command. Growing pains...

I can only hope that the Sox do not pull the same s*** with Fulmer. MLB teams have minor leagues for a reason.

After sitting on his hands I have lost what little faith in Hahn I had left.

In what bizarro world could we have managed a deal of LaRoche and gotten anything of value? He went from modestly underperforming to free-falling after signing a market value deal. I don't know why anyone would have wanted to trade for him. If what someone said in another thread is true, seems like he needs to spend a little time on the DL

Spent a fortune this offseason and is very likely going to have another .500 team with a mediocre farm system. Hahn talks a great game, but he has not done a very good job so far.

There was talk about a month ago that Cards/Pirates had interest. I'm not even expecting value back, but if the Sox could have even got someone to take on 50 percent of his remaining deal, that would have been great.

LaDuun, EB last winter were garbage. Sox have NOBODY in organization that is worth a dam as a talent evaluator.

I think there has been some changing of the guard in the KW to Hahn change but we have done nothing like hiring a new GM (and I'm actually more or less okay with that). With that said, I think people really need to get it out of their minds that there is some meaningful line of demarcation between the KW tenure and the Hahn tenure. And if there is, are we sure we wouldn't want KW back?
